Production Coordinator | Signage | Perth

Our client is a well-established, professional signage business based in Perth, producing high-quality signage work in WA. They’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join their team and keep operations running smoothly across the workshop and factory floor.

This is a role for someone who genuinely cares about the small details, the kind of person who knows their way around a workshop environment and takes pride in getting things right.

The role:

• Organising and maintaining equipment, bookings and consumables
• Job card processing and training record updates
• Vehicle maintenance and servicing coordination
• Safety checks, equipment servicing and reporting
• Courier bookings and deliveries
• Workwear and PPE allocation and stock management
• Council applications (training provided)
• Dial Before You Dig processing (training provided)
• Tool tagging admin
• Plus plenty of other varied tasks

What they’re looking for:

• A background in signage, manufacturing or fabrication is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail, someone who cares about getting the small things right
• Solid PC skills and a working knowledge of Excel
• A quick thinker with a can-do attitude
• Someone comfortable working both at a desk and hands-on across the workshop

Full-time, permanent, Perth (near the airport).
