We Are Remix is a specialist recruitment agency working exclusively across the print and signage industry. We’re partnering with a well-established commercial print business to find an experienced Account Manager to join their Sydney team.
With over 30 years in the industry and multiple sites across Sydney, our client offers a full service across commercial print, wide format, labels and POS. This is a client-facing role for someone who knows the industry, loves building relationships, and takes pride in delivering quality work on time, every time.
The role
You’ll be the main point of contact for your accounts, managing the process from brief through to final delivery.
- Taking briefs from clients and booking jobs into production
- Managing accounts end to end and following up to ensure smooth delivery
- Building long-term relationships with both direct clients and brokers
- Liaising with estimators, designers and production teams
- Reporting on account targets and forecasts to management
About you
- Account management or sales experience within the print industry
- A natural relationship builder with a sharp eye for detail
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and prioritising your workload
- Experience with print-related software
- Experience dealing with brokers or trade clients is a strong advantage
