Graphic Designer Manager | Signage | Perth

Our client is a well-established signage company based in Perth, near the airport, looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to step into a senior role leading their design function.

This is a hands-on position with a scheduling and workflow focus, sitting at the heart of the production process and working closely with sales and operations to keep jobs moving and output quality high.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing daily workflow and prioritising design jobs across the team
• Producing static and digital signage design concepts and shop drawings to a high level of specification
• Reading and interpreting technical and engineering drawings
• Preparing and quality checking print-ready and router files
• Liaising with sales, project and operations teams to meet deadlines
• Contributing to management meetings and reporting on design team metrics
• Supporting team development and day-to-day HR coordination

What you’ll bring:

• Solid background in signage or large format graphic design
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW and the Adobe Suite (or strong willingness to work in CorelDRAW)
• Ability to read technical drawings and produce accurate shop drawings
• Strong attention to detail across measurements, scaling, colour and layout
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
