Our client is a well-established Perth signage business with a strong reputation in the market. They handle everything in-house across design, production, and installation and deliver a wide range of signage projects across the commercial and retail space.
They are now looking for an experienced Sign Installer to join the team.
The role
This role sits on the general signage side of the business and will focus on installing commercial and retail signage out on site. Projects include pylons, fascia signs, lightboxes, internal signs, shopfront signage, and fit-out-related work. It is a hands-on role with regular site work and some travel depending on the project.
What you’ll be doing
• Installing commercial and retail signage, including pylons, fascia, lightboxes, internal signs and shopfront signage
• Working from approved visuals, drawings, and install packs
• Carrying out pre-start checks, loading materials and confirming site access requirements
• Setting up site safely and completing installs using the correct fixings and methods
• Measuring, aligning and levelling signage accurately
• Protecting finishes and leaving site clean and presentable
What they’re looking for
• 3 plus years’ experience installing signage in commercial or retail environments
• Strong experience with pylons, fascia signs, lightboxes and internal signage
• Confident using EWPs and working at heights
• Good understanding of fixings, alignment and safe install methods across different substrates
• Able to read drawings and visuals accurately
• Clear communication and solid documentation habits
• Australian Drivers Licence and High Risk licence required
Desirable
• EWP ticket
• Dogging, rigging or forklift tickets
• Electrical awareness
• Basic LED or power supply troubleshooting experience
