Recruitment Resourcer (Construction Industry)

We’re searching for an enthusiastic and communication-savvy Resourcer to join our team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong interest in recruitment or the construction industry.

About the Role:

• You’ll be responsible for sourcing top talent within the construction industry.
• Proactively build relationships with potential candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
• Prepare interview notes and candidate presentations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our client’s needs and job specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Experience in recruitment or the construction industry is a plus, but not essential.
