About the Role
Production artwork role within a busy signage operation, converting approved client visuals into fully production-ready file packs. This is not a concept or creative design role, the focus is on accuracy and production knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert approved visuals into production artwork (print-ready PDFs, CNC cut paths, laser files, vinyl cut/weeding files, fabrication drawings)
- Apply correct dimensions, materials, illumination specs, and installation methods
- Pre-flight artwork for colour, scale, bleed, and accuracy
- Create cut files for cast vinyl and operate a small-format vinyl plotter
- Maintain file version control and cross-check artwork against quotes and site surveys
What You’ll Need
- Signage production artwork experience
- Advanced CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator skills
- Strong understanding of CNC routing, acrylic laser cutting, and vinyl plotting/weeding
- Solid knowledge of sign materials, substrates, fixings, and illumination methods
