Key Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractor and supplier packages throughout the project lifecycle.
- Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners.
- Process and submit progress claims and variations to clients.
- Verify and process subcontractor invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare sales and purchase contracts
- Generate monthly progress and cost reports.

Qualifications:
- Experience as a contract administrator (or relevant construction management background).
