Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead upcoming projects and ensure their successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Oversee all on-site activities for commercial fit-out projects.
• Timely Delivery: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordination: Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Health and Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
• Reporting: Prepare progress reports and manage site documentation.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial, ideally fit-out/refurb projects.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Proficient in Procore or similar.
