The Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join a growing team. In this role, you’ll manage essential contract processes and support multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance throughout.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of contract administration, from preparation and execution to monitoring and compliance
- Review contract terms to ensure alignment with legal and contractual standards
- Collaborate with supervisors and project managers to facilitate timely and efficient contract execution
- Address and resolve contract compliance issues or disputes as they arise
- Maintain accurate records of contractual documents, variations, and claims
- Assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to drive successful project outcomes
- Support risk and issue management alongside project supervisors and managers
- Aid in the preparation of tender submissions and project proposals
- Participate in site inspections, project meetings, and other related activities
- Build strong relationships with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Manage document control, progress reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Continuously improve contract administration processes and ensure regulatory compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Contract Administration, Project Management, or a similar role within the building and construction sector
- Knowledge of construction methods and industry regulations
- Exposure to Government, Defence, Education, and Commercial Projects
- Proficiency in interpreting construction contract terms and conditions
- Familiarity with project management software and the MS Office suite
