The Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join a growing team. In this role, you’ll manage essential contract processes and support multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance throughout.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of contract administration, from preparation and execution to monitoring and compliance
  • Review contract terms to ensure alignment with legal and contractual standards
  • Collaborate with supervisors and project managers to facilitate timely and efficient contract execution
  • Address and resolve contract compliance issues or disputes as they arise
  • Maintain accurate records of contractual documents, variations, and claims
  • Assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to drive successful project outcomes
  • Support risk and issue management alongside project supervisors and managers
  • Aid in the preparation of tender submissions and project proposals
  • Participate in site inspections, project meetings, and other related activities
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage document control, progress reporting, and stakeholder communications
  • Continuously improve contract administration processes and ensure regulatory compliance

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Contract Administration, Project Management, or a similar role within the building and construction sector
  • Knowledge of construction methods and industry regulations
  • Exposure to Government, Defence, Education, and Commercial Projects
  • Proficiency in interpreting construction contract terms and conditions
  • Familiarity with project management software and the MS Office suite
