One of our clients is seeking a construction project manager to join their team.

The role:

• Run construction projects from conception to successful completion, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client specifications.
• Champion safety by overseeing protocol implementation and documentation.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders like utility providers, traffic control professionals, service location specialists, and on-site crews.
• Manage project budgets and timelines with precision.
• Oversee contracts, manage invoicing, and handle any necessary claims.
• Contribute to the tender process by reviewing project proposals and cost estimations.
• Secure project materials by effectively liaising with suppliers.
• Foster a culture of learning by conducting toolbox meetings and training for site crews.
• Meticulously maintain accurate project documentation.
