The role
This is a hands-on production floor position supporting the efficient delivery of large-format signage. You’ll be operating UV printers, flatbed cutters, laminators, and vinyl-cutting equipment, working to production schedules and quality standards in a team environment.
Hours are Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm and Friday 7am to 12pm.
What you’ll be doing
- Operating large-format UV printing, lamination, and vinyl-cutting equipment
- Running flatbed cutters and assisting with material preparation and finishing
- Following production schedules to meet project timelines and quality targets
- Packing and labelling signage deliverables for safe handling and dispatch
- Maintaining equipment and upholding WHS standards on the floor
What they’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in signage production
- Solid understanding of signage materials, manufacturing, and production processes
- Experience with signage design and production software
- Experience with flatbed cutters or CNC machinery (preferred)
- Familiarity with ONYX RIP software (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Reliable, team-focused, and committed to quality
