Our client is a Sydney-based branding and signage company working with iconic national brands across a wide variety of sectors. With in-house production capabilities and a strong design-led focus, they deliver everything from concept to installation, including vehicle wraps, shop signage, branded merchandise, and more.
They’re now looking for a Lead Installer with strong SAV experience, or a production manager that has install experience to lead the team and have a solid understanding of the projects.
What you’ll be doing:
• Lead onsite installs including SAV for walls, windows, vehicles, and retail spaces
• Manage scheduling, installation planning, and day-to-day production workflow
• Liaise with the in-house design and print teams to ensure files are accurate and ready for install
• Work across high-profile activations, experiential builds, national rollouts, and one-off creative projects
• Use your technical know-how to support the broader team and mentor junior installers
• Be involved in fleet graphics, shopfronts, hoardings, and custom signage installs
What they’re looking for:
• Strong hands-on installation experience particularly with SAV and large-format signage
• A good understanding of pre-press, printing, and production processes
• Someone comfortable working on ladders, with tools, and in a fast-paced install environment
• Leadership potential or current experience managing install teams or production
• Someone who takes pride in quality installs and has a problem-solving mindset
