Our client, a well-established construction company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. With decades in the industry, they specialise in building maintenance and construction projects for government and private sector clients.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing project planning, scheduling, and onsite execution.
- Leading teams and coordinating resources for successful project delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with WHS regulations and industry standards.
- Overseeing quality control and proactively addressing any site issues.
- Liaising with stakeholders and providing regular project updates.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of project management experience in construction or building maintenance.
- Cert IV in Building & Construction (preferred).
- Trade background is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage risks and resolve issues efficiently.
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (minimum).
- White Card & QLD Driver’s Licence required.
