Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Bid Process: Take ownership of the entire bid lifecycle, ensuring every submission is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Estimators, Directors, and internal teams to gather technical insights and align content with the client’s vision and project requirements.
- Customise & Optimise Submissions: Tailor bid content to meet the unique requirements of each project, utilising your advanced InDesign skills to produce high-impact presentations.
- Manage Multiple Tenders: Handle multiple tender submissions weekly, ensuring compliance and maintaining high-quality standards across all projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Use client feedback to improve future submissions and leverage your CRM system to maximise the company’s reach and effectiveness.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a Bid Manager or Senior Bid Coordinator role, ideally in the construction, fit-out, or refurbishment sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across various teams.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident in leading small teams and working autonomously when needed.
