We are recruiting on behalf of an established signage business in Sydney with a strong pipeline of work across retail, commercial, events, and branded environments.
They are looking for a hands-on Signage All-Rounder who can work across workshop production, fabrication and site installation.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and can step into both workshop and install tasks as needed.
Fabrication experience is highly regarded, especially if you have worked with aluminium, ACM and acrylic in a signage environment.
If you are stronger in either workshop or install work and want to build your skills across both, you are still encouraged to apply.
What you will be doing
• Signage assembly and production in the workshop
• Fabrication work using common signage materials
• Working with aluminium, ACM, acrylic and steel
• Vinyl application and graphic installation
• Large format print finishing, trimming, laminating and mounting
• Installation of internal and external signage
• Retail, commercial and general signage installs
• Reading measurements, drawings and production specs
• Using hand tools, power tools and workshop equipment
• Working to deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards
What we are looking for
• Experience as a signage all-rounder, sign maker, sign writer, sign installer or signage fabricator
• Hands-on experience in a signage workshop and or on-site
• Good understanding of signage materials and production methods
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, team-focused and able to work independently
• Good attitude and solid work ethic
• Commitment to safe work practices
