What you will do
• Own and grow the sales pipeline across signage and large format print.
• Act as the primary hunter for new business and key accounts.
• Build and mentor the sales team as volume grows.
• Set sales process, structure, and targets that actually work.
• Guide marketing activity toward the right clients and sectors.
• Oversee website quality, photography, and outsourced social channels.
• Work closely with design, production, and install teams to win and deliver work.
What you will need
• Proven sales leadership in signage or large format print.
• Strong hunter mindset with relationship building strength.
• Experience managing or mentoring sales staff.
• Commercial confidence to shape process and direction.
• Comfortable with responsibility and solving hard problems.
• Respect for long term client partnerships over short wins.
