What you’ll do
• Research products, materials, and consumables to secure best value pricing
• Process stock, non stock, and equipment orders through MPower
• Manage hire equipment and contractor purchasing
• Process consignment orders and track through to invoicing
• Chase suppliers to meet delivery timeframes
• Negotiate with suppliers to improve pricing and delivery terms
• Maintain accurate procurement records, receivals, and QA issues
• Track all overseas and China orders with clear reporting
• Prepare weekly PO overrun reports for the Business Manager
• Complete mid month and month end reporting with Accounts
• Review safety actions, employee concerns, and product improvements
• Receive and manage deliveries with Production and Operations
• Maintain and review the MPower stock list monthly
• Support production coordination and provide leave cover when required
• Step into workshop and operational tasks during urgent periods
What you’ll need
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply coordination
• Confidence working with ERP systems, MPower experience ideal
• Strong supplier negotiation and follow up skills
• High attention to detail with reporting and stock accuracy
• Comfortable working across office, warehouse, and workshop environments
