Our client is a signage company delivering custom signage and branding solutions across retail, events, commercial, vehicle applications and more. They’re seeking a well-rounded Operations Manager to lead operations, manage end-to-end project delivery, and support sales growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee daily operations across production, logistics, installation, and scheduling
- Manage project workflows from briefing through to install, ensuring deadlines and quality are met
- Lead quoting and tender submissions for new jobs, working closely with internal teams
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors on timelines, budgets, and expectations
- Support business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with sales conversations
- Recruit, mentor, and manage contractors
- Drive workflow improvements, resource planning, and safety protocols
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in signage operations, quoting, and project management
- Confident leading teams and juggling multiple priorities
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end signage
- Commercial acumen with the ability to quote jobs, review margins, and assist with sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A hands-on mindset with high attention to detail
