About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an Electrical Site Lead to oversee various tasks within the electrical field, across commercial and civil sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the installation of electrical works on fuel stations, Electric Vehicle Charging Stations, and other related projects.
  • Oversee site operations, manage contractors, procure materials, and liaise with clients and customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for both technical and strategic decisions across the project portfolio.
  • Ensure the highest standards of safety, delivery, and quality are maintained throughout each project.
  • Lead the implementation and verification of HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) and QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) processes, ensuring full compliance with documentation and testing requirements.
  • Utilise web-based project management systems to manage project close-out and deliverables, with support from the admin team.
  • Assist with other portfolios, including maintenance and signage, as required.
  • Conduct hazardous area and underground electrical installations when needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • QLD Electrical Licence.
  • Proven experience in onsite project coordination and management in a similar role.
  • Ability to manage resources, project scheduling, and subcontractor engagement.
  • Proficiency in using web-based systems and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
  • Willingness to travel when required.

Minimum Criteria:

  • QLD Electrical Licence.
  • Manual driving licence.
  • Construction White Card.
