About the Role
You’ll oversee day-to-day production across print, fabrication, and design – keeping jobs on track from concept through to installation. The role suits someone who’s just as comfortable leading from the floor as they are managing schedules and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule production using ShopVox
- Coordinate workflow between design, fabrication, and project management
- Order materials, allocate resources, and maintain timelines
- Support and guide a growing production team of five
- Maintain quality standards across print and fabrication
- Jump in hands-on when needed to keep jobs moving
- Problem-solve and manage urgent jobs under tight deadlines
