Our client, a well-established Sydney Water accredited provider, is searching for a passionate and qualified Water Servicing Coordinator to join their expanding team.
About the Role
In this permanent full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting their water services operations. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Acting as a Water Servicing Coordinator to facilitate Section 73 and Building Plan approval applications and processes with Sydney Water.
- Assisting with minor project management, from the early quoting stages through to commencement and completion.
- Undertaking field work and site inspections as required.
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders, including Sydney Water, developers, architects, engineers and constructors, to facilitate approvals and project completion.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Water Servicing Coordinator with Sydney Water (highly regarded but not essential).
- A strong understanding of relevant software programs, including MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid driver’s licence (to assist with occasional fieldwork and site inspections).
